Billing & Subscription

The Billing & Subscription page shows your current brix plan, active user counts, and gives you access to manage your payment and billing details through the brix billing portal.

Go to ManageSubscriptions.

The Subscriptions page shows:

  • Your current subscription plan and billing period (monthly or annual).
  • The number of active users in your workspace (field users and office users counted separately).
  • A breakdown of your current subscription pricing based on usage.

Active users are calculated based on how many people have logged in during the current billing period.

To update your payment method or view invoices, click Manage billing on the Subscriptions page. This opens the brix billing portal where you can:

  • View and download past invoices.
  • Update your credit card or payment details.
  • See upcoming renewal dates.
  1. Go to ManageSubscriptions.

  2. Click Manage billing to open the billing portal.

  3. Select Invoices or Billing history in the portal to view past charges.

  4. Click any invoice to view or download the details.

How do I update my payment details?

Click Manage billing on the Subscriptions page to open the billing portal. Payment method updates are made through the portal.

When is my next billing date?

Your renewal date is shown on the Billing & Subscription page under your current plan details.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Contact brix support at support@brixco.io to discuss plan changes. Downgrades may affect access to some features depending on your plan.

Billing page is not visible

You need the Billing permission in your permission group. Ask your workspace owner to update your permissions. See Permissions.

An invoice is missing from billing history

Invoices may take a short time to appear after a billing cycle. Contact support at support@brixco.io if an expected invoice is still missing after 24 hours.
