Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions are the legal text that appears on quotes you send to customers. Adding terms to brix lets you include them automatically on every quote without copying and pasting. Customers see your terms when they review and approve their quote.

Go to ManageSettingsTerms.

  1. Go to ManageSettingsTerms.

  2. Click Add terms or the edit button next to existing terms.

  3. Type or paste your terms and conditions text in the editor.

  4. Click Save.

Your terms and conditions appear on quote PDFs sent to customers. When a customer views the quote approval page, they will see the terms before signing off.

Terms are not appearing on sent quotes

Check that terms have been saved in ManageSettingsTerms. If terms are saved but still not showing, check whether the quote template includes the terms section. Contact support if terms still don’t appear.

I need to update my terms

Open the Terms settings, edit the text, and save. The updated text will apply to quotes sent from that point forward. Previously sent quotes are not affected.
